Behind Tiki Taco’s distinctive exterior, Innovative Mechanical Concepts completed an HVAC construction scope focused on the systems that keep the space comfortable and functional. The project included replacing the existing split system and rooftop HVAC unit, along with installing new ductwork from the HVAC equipment. Together, these improvements updated the building’s heating, cooling, and air distribution infrastructure to support its use as a restaurant.
Our work also included installing bathroom exhaust fans and the corresponding spiral ductwork according to the project plans. These installations required attention to equipment placement, duct routing, and connections, bringing individual components together into a complete mechanical system. From distributing conditioned air to exhausting bathroom air, each part of the scope served a practical purpose within the building.
IMC handled material sourcing and mechanical installation, bringing equipment replacement and new duct construction together under one contractor. This project reflects the hands-on capability we bring to commercial construction: understanding the plans, working within an existing building, and executing the details that connect equipment to the spaces it serves.
