Replacing rooftop HVAC equipment takes planning, precision, and coordination from the ground up. At Cummins Sales and Service in Kansas City, Innovative Mechanical Concepts replaced an existing rooftop unit to support dependable heating, cooling, and everyday building comfort. The project brought together equipment removal, crane operations, mechanical installation, and startup under one coordinated effort.
Our team coordinated with facility personnel to plan rooftop access, equipment delivery, and the replacement work. With the existing unit safely disconnected, crane services lifted the old equipment from the roof and positioned the new RTU for installation.
